Join us for a very special New Year's Eve dining experience! We will be serving five courses from Chef Brittanny Anderson and Pastry Chef Olivia Wilson for $78, inclusive of tax and tip. Beverages will be sold a la carte and there will be wine pairings available.

The menu is $29.16 per guest excluding tax and gratuity, and $4.16 of every meal will be donated to FeedMore and the Central Virginia Food Bank. We will not offer any other menu during this week. Chef Brittanny Anderson will prepare four literary-inspired courses at her brilliant, award-winning restaurant to provide deserving students spots in our creative writing workshops this fall. Also on the menu: words, wine, wizardry. Be ready. 

$75 gets you a spot at the table and contributes to getting a young writer a spot at a workshop.

Metzger is throwing a block party to celebrate the end of winter! After the success of our Oktoberfest and Christkindl Market last year we decided that we should combine these ideas into a mega market and party - hence Maifest! We'll be pouring an assortment of German Beers (including Maibock!), selling fun German inspired snacks out of our side window (think schnitzel sammies and everything pretzels), Ruby Salts Oyster Company will be shucking their delicious bivalves, Richmond PhotoBooth, LLC will be capturing memories, and vendors like Drift / RiotMaven Madeand BEAR CERAMICS will be slinging their gorgeous handmade wares all while jamming to some rare funk and soul tunes by DJ Anthony Bryant on Cedar Street.

Entry to this event is free and kid friendly! This event is Rain or Shine.

Join us at Metzger for an epic Oktoberfest block party! We'll be pouring Fest-biers and Marzens from Hofstetten, Paulaner, and Hacker-Schorr to name a few and cooking up sausages, schnitzels, pretzels, and kraut. Sub Rosa will be joining us to sell some incredible German breads and Marty Key of Steady Sounds will be spinning tunes! Try your hand at Stein Hoisting or just hang out in your Lederhosen and enjoy the party! Admission is free, food and beverage tickets are $5 each. We will sell tickets and special edition Metzger Oktoberfest T-shirts at the door or you can buy tickets early on eventbrite and get a free t-shirt!
