Metzger is very excited to participate in Richmond Restaurant Week this year! We will be offering a special pre-fix menu all week featuring three courses for $29.16 per guest with a portion of sales going to support FeedMore and the Central Virginia Food Bank.

- Pea Soup, Bavarian Ham, Creme Fraiche, Mint

- Marrow Bone, Mushroom Marmalade, Pickled Shallot, Marrow Toast

- Roast Chicken, Siberian Kale Salad, Carrots, Carrot Caper Caesar

- Pork Schnitzel, Braised Kraut, Duck Fat Fingerling Potatoes, Dijon Aioli

- Pan Seared Fluke, White Beans, Sausage, Ramps

- Spelt Risotto, Roasted Mushrooms, Pickled Mustard Seed, Asparagus



- Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae, Salted Caramel, Peanut Brittle, Peanut Butter Marshmallow, Caramelized White Chocolate Shell
